Why 9Zero?

9Zero was formed from a couple of key concepts.

First of all, I was fed up of looking at some of the competition such as the boardroom advisor, large organisational development consultants or some (and definitely not all) business coach charging exorbitant rates, over unnecessarily long time scales and not adding real value or ROI.

This got me thinking.

If you could shift behaviour positively by 90 degrees what impact would that have on business productivity? Turns out quite a lot – as much as an increase of up to 20%

Secondly, to use straightforward tried and tested business models and tools based on the 90 degree / 4 box thinking. These would underpin the business strategy to accelerate business performance.

And finally, where possible to run developmental workshops in 90 minutes

As in life, the reality is that you cant put everything into a neat box but there is a huge amount of value in keeping sessions tight and focused and the 9Zero concept reminds me of that every time.

Founder of 9Zero, I have over 25 years experience of organisational development where I have identified, designed and implemented a huge range of successful people development solutions with longevity

These have addressed a whole range of business people problems that have resulted in improving and accelerating business growth and performance. My clients are from a wide range of sectors and diverse in size and structure. I am fortunate to have had the privilege to work with SMEs to household global brands such as Netflix, Starbucks and BT

My area of expertise is to unpick the complexity that people, as lovely as they are, do bring to deliver pragmatic and effective business people development solutions that engage both heart and mind. I am qualified as a CIPD training practitioner, Business Performance Coach, accredited MBTi and Situational Leader facilitator, and hugely experienced in a variety of development models such NLP, Belbin, Motivation Theory, Learning Styles
