Which ever business challenge you are currently facing, we always have a complimentary discovery session. This is your opportunity to educate us on your business.

We want a real and honest snap shot of what’s going on behind the scenes so we can identify how best we can work together to resolve and deliver your objectives.

Depending on what you are trying to achieve, drives the number of sessions required and the most appropriate content an format.

Our clients usually choose between our two different service packages options but we are open to a hybrid solution if you prefer a more tailored service.

For fast immediate trouble shooting our Bottle Neck Buster Service could do the trick.

To realise your BHAGs (Big Hairy Audacious Goals) with an ongoing consistent approach, our Retained Service will be more appropriate. This gives you the peace of mind and support to guide you through the challenges that lay ahead before they escalate into much larger bottle necks.

Typically, our sessions are around 90 minutes and use a blended approach, that will provide clarity and confidence to work through issues with a clear plan of action.

Bottleneck Buster

Depending on the bottle neck you may find a one off Bottle Neck Buster is sufficient. However more complex challenges may require a number of sessions.

We are flexible in whether we do these online, face to face or on the phone and these sessions are around 90 minutes.

Business Growth – BHAG – Retained Service

We start by drawing up a road map of where you are now and where you would like to be. Depending on which stage of the journey you are on will drive the strategic agenda.

We will set SMART goals and have a clear plan which is reviewed regularly and adjusted to achieve the goals. Its is important to recognise that successful businesses are constantly changing and adapting to live conditions.

On average we tend to spend a day a month in the business for a minimum period of 6 months to ensure maximum value. However, we are totally flexible, we recommend a minimum gap of 2 weeks between each session as we cover a lot of ground and time is needed to process and implement to gain maximum impact. Depending on what your business needs are and can flex up, down or pause to allow sustainable accelerated growth.
