What does 9Zero do?
9zero is me – Faye Dykes. My business develops and transforms your organisation in two ways. Either through identifying people bottlenecks and providing solutions to overcome them or by accelerating your peoples performance to take your business to the next level on the transformational journey.
9Zero provides pragmatic answers to tackle those business people headaches that don’t seem to go away on a short term and longer term basis
How does 9Zero work?
I meet with you to understand what is the surface issue and then the root issue using a range of quantitative and qualitative data.
As part of that process I assess your appetite for change and what your expectations are in investing time and money to develop your people
It may be that there is work you can do yourselves or maybe you do need an expert to help you knowing you are in a safe pair of hands, knowing the work will be done to a highly professional standard, saving you time, hassle and just simply taking that stress away
Why use an independent consultant?
I pride myself with having over 25 years experience of working with all sorts of companies to be able to identify quickly what are the real roadblocks when it comes to people and behaviour. Being independent means I am far more nimble than a large consultancy to get under the bonnet of the business and not get caught up in process and policy. I am able to provide both strategic support through a consultancy service or operationally through either the design and facilitating leadership and management workshops
What difference can I make?
Tonnes!!! My clients will tell you that I quickly cut through the complexity whether it’s consultancy or training that they need. The impact of this investment will either improve productivity, increase customer satisfaction or raise levels of engagement or all 3!
What does change look like?
You will see a difference in behaviour – subtly or more dramatically. Depending on the development need it could be improved levels of leadership self awareness, managers more confident in managing their teams or a better process in managing people
