Why 9Zero?
9Zero was formed from a couple of key concepts.
First of all, Faye was fed up of looking at some of the competition such as the boardroom advisor, consultant or dreaded business coach charging exorbitant rates, over unnecessarily long time scales and not adding real value or ROI.
This got her thinking.
For business development solutions to be delivered, where possible, in 90 minutes yet still adding demonstrable results.
Secondly, to use straightforward tried and tested business models and tools based on the 90 degree / 4 box thinking. These would underpin the business strategy to accelerate business performance.
As in life, the reality is that you cant put everything into a neat box but there is a huge amount of value in keeping sessions tight and focused and 9Zero reminds Faye of that every time.

Founder of 9Zero, Faye has over 25 years experience of organisational development where she has successfully identified, designed and implemented a huge range of business development solutions.
These have successfully addressed a whole range of business problems that have improved and accelerated business performance. Her clients are from a wide range of sectors and a wide range of size working with SMEs to household global brands.
Fayes’ area of expertise is to unpick the complexity and deliver pragmatic and effective business development solutions. Faye is qualified as a CIPD training practitioner, Business Performance Coach, accredited MBTi and Situational Leader facilitator, and hugely experienced in a variety of learning models such NLP, Belbin, Motivation Theory, Learning Styles and has worked with global brands such as BT, ONS and Starbucks.
